On 20 August 2023, Uzpromstroibank organised the "SQB Green - Salomatlik va sof tabiat uchun!" campaign, which included a volunteer litter collection and outdoor training in cooperation with major international organisations dealing with environmental issues and supporting sustainable development.

The event was attended by the regional representative of the United Nations Global Compact.

The event is part of a strategic initiative to encourage global companies to adopt responsible business practices in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. The UN-led initiative aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and create a better world.

Speaking at the event, the Director of Green Banking said that with an ever-growing population and rapid industrial development, the rational use of energy and natural resources is becoming a necessity.

He also stressed that the bank fully supports the government's efforts to meet the needs of the people and the rational use of resources, and to implement green banking.
