A children's drawing competition on the theme of environmental protection was held with the aim of drawing children's and young people's attention to environmental problems, forming an ecologically competent lifestyle and raising the level of environmental culture, strengthening people's role in preserving the environment and promoting civic and patriotic education among the Bank's employees' children.

The competition was divided into three age categories:
1. Junior group - for children aged 4 to 8;
2. Middle group - for children aged 8 to 12. 3;
3.Senior group - for children aged 12 to 16.

In modern life it is important to educate children to be aware and responsible citizens who care about the environment.

Communicating with nature helps children to cultivate a positive emotional attitude towards living things and to develop their moral and aesthetic feelings. It also contributes to a better assimilation of new knowledge that children acquire in the process of joint activities with teachers and parents.
