On October 17, 2024, a meeting was held at the Solar Energy Institute with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and representatives of banks, including JSCB Uzpromstroybank.

The main goal of the event was to study the experience of working with credit lines of the World Bank within the framework of the project “UZEEF” (Improving the Energy Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the project “GEFF” (Green Economy Financing Facilities), which will allow adapting best practices for the implementation of new projects in the field of energy efficiency.

The conditions for granting loans were discussed at the meeting, noting that financing from JICA would be affordable and profitable for the introduction of energy-efficient technologies in both industry and construction.

Cooperation with JICA will open up new horizons for the development and application of innovative solutions in the field of energy conservation, which will contribute to economic growth and improve the quality of life of citizens.

JSCB Uzpromstroybank is committed to implementing energy efficiency practices and supporting domestic enterprises in the transition to more sustainable working methods.

JSCB Uzpromstroybank is ready to continue the dialogue and exchange experience with other participants and stakeholders in order to jointly move towards a common goal – the creation of an energy efficient and sustainable economy.
