Aziz Akbarjon Akbarjonov ogli

Akbarjonov Aziz Akbarjon ogli was born in Tashkent on 11 September 1985.

He graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a Bachelor's degree in 2008 and a Master's degree in Management in 2010.

He started his professional activity in 2004 as a specialist of the 2nd category of the department of work with corporate clients of the Tashkent regional branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2018, he started working in JSCB "Uzpromstroybank" as the director of the project management and executive supervision department.

Since November 2019 he has been appointed Credit Director (CCO) of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank", and since January 2020 - Chief Credit Director.

From May 2020 to October 2023 Akbarjonov Aziz Akbarjon ogli held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

Since 3 October 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev was born in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit. 

He began his career in 1993 as a chief specialist of the Uzbek joint-stock innovation and commercial bank "Ipak Yuli" and in this bank in the period until 1998 he worked up to the position of deputy head of the department of credit and commercial investments. In 1998-2006, he worked as the head of the Department for assessment, analysis and lending of investment projects of the Uzbek international bank "Uzprivatbank", acting first deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Chairman of the Management Board.

In 2006-2017 he worked as the head of the Central operational regional branch of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank", in 2017-2018 - the head of the Department for control of accounting operations of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank", director of the Department of money circulation and cash operations.

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank" since February 2018.

Shukhrat Israilovich Yakubov 

Shukhrat Israilovich Yakubov was born on December 16, 1967 in the city of Tashkent. In 1992 he graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute with a degree in road-building machinery and equipment, in 1998 from the Tashkent State Economic University with a degree in international economic relations.

He began his career in 1991 as a broker at a small enterprise "Nigora".

From 1993 to 1995, he worked as a specialist of the 1st category, leading specialist, head of the expert department of the Expert-technical department of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a chief specialist, head of the department for the analysis of investment projects of the investment management of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

From 1996 to 1997, he worked as the head of the exchange operations department of the foreign economic activity department of the JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

From 1997 to 2001, he worked as the head of the department of conversion operations in the domestic market of the department of foreign economic activity of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

From 2001 to 2001, he worked as the head of the foreign exchange lending department of the foreign economic activity department of the JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

From 2001 to 2006, he worked as the Manager of the Katartal branch of the JSCB Uzpromstroybank.

From 2006 to 2018, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

From 20018 to 2020, he worked as the head of the department for supervision and assistance in the implementation of agreements on field visits at the highest level of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Shukhrat Israilovich Yakubov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of Board of JSCB Uzpromstroybank since October 15, 2020.

Abdurakhmanov Farrukh Talipjanovich 

Abdurakhmanov, Farrukh Talipjanovich was born in 1980 in the town of Turkistan of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2004 he graduated from the Tashkent State Economic University (full-time) and 2006 from the Tashkent State Economic University (correspondence course).

He began his career in 2003 as a 1st category specialist in the Department of Crediting and Inspection of Investment Projects of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs. Then he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist and deputy head of this department.

In 2008-2018, he worked as Acting Head of the Department, Head of the Department for Lending and Expertise of Investment Projects of the Main Operations Directorate of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations, Head of the Investment Projects Service Department, Deputy Head of the Department, Head of the Lending Department of the branch of the Main Directorate of Tashkent city of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations , Deputy Head of the Department for Work with Bank Branches and Corporate Clients of the Department of Economic Analysis and Statistics, Head of the Department for Coordination of Work with Corporate Clients of the Department for Strategic Development of the Bank of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Director of the Department for Relations with Customers and Management of Bank Branches, Head of Department for work with branches of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Department head of the department for monitoring problem loans.

In 2018-2019, he worked as Deputy Director of the Department for Financing Corporate Clients, Director of the Department for Monitoring Loans and Working with Problem Assets at JSCB Uzpromstroybank.

In 2019-2020, he worked as the Director of the Department for Working with Problem Loans of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank".

Since 2020, he has been working as the Director of the Department for Work with State Projects at JSCB Uzpromstroybank.

Yusupov Shokhzod Makhmatmurodovich was born on 14 January 1983 in the Kashkadarya region.


In 2004 he graduated from the Karshi Institute of Engineering and Economics and in 2006 from the Tashkent State Economic University.


He started working in 2003 in Kashkadarya province as an assistant accountant for water construction.


From 2005 to 2017 he worked in the system of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan.


From 2018 to 2022, he held the positions of Deputy Head of the Executive Office of JSCB Uzpromstroibank, Head of the Department for Control over Execution of State Orders and Director of the Department for Development of Production of Construction Materials.


Since November 2022 he has been Temporary acting Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB Uzpromstroybank.

Umarov Davron Shavkatovich was born on April 28, 1987, in Kokand city, Fergana region.

In 2008, he successfully graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration with a degree in Regional Economics and Management. In 2010, he received a Master's degree from the Tashkent State University of Economics.

From October 2008 to February 2011, he worked in the Kokand branch of the National Bank.

From 2011 to January 2024, he worked in the Kokand branch of JSCB Asakabank, where he worked his way up from a second-category specialist in the foreign exchange operations department to the director of the department in the head office of Asakabank JSC.

On January 6, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB Uzpromstroibank.

Salavat Foatovich Ismagilov was born in 1974. He graduated from Istanbul University in 1998 with a degree in Economics, specialising in Banking and Finance. In 2001, Mr. Ismagilov received a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Ufa Technical University.

Mr Ismagilov began his career in 1998 at Finansbank in Turkey, where he worked until 2003.

From 2003 to 2005, he held the position of Director for Client Relations in Moscow and Moscow Region, then Vice President at Alfa-Bank.

For 9 years, from 2005 to 2014, Mr Ismagilov held senior positions in corporate credit risk, including Head of Corporate Credit Risk and CRO, and Vice President at Credit Europe Bank.

From 2014 to 2016, he successfully managed the risk block at Moscow Industrial Bank and held the position of Chief Risk Manager.

From March 2016 to December 2017, he managed the risk block and held the position of Chief Risk Manager at Bank Vozrozhdenie in the Russian Federation.

From October 2018 to August 2019, he was actively involved in major risk advisory projects at the international auditing and consulting company KPMG.

From 2019 to 2024, he held the position of Chief Risk Officer of AK Bars Bank PJSC of the Russian Federation.

In 2024, he was awarded the title of "Honoured Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Since May 2024 he has held the position of Chief Risk Officer of JSCB Uzpromstroybank.
