Aziz Akbarjon ugli Akbarjonov

Chairman of the Management Board (CEO)

Aziz Akbarjonov was born on 11 September 1985 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a Bachelor's degree in 2008 and a Master's degree in Management in 2010.

Mr. Akbarjonov began his professional career in 2004 as a Second Category Specialist in the Corporate Client Relations Department of the Tashkent Regional Branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NBU).

He joined JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB) in 2018 as Director of the Project Management and Execution Control Department. In November 2019, he was appointed Credit Director, and in January 2020 he assumed the position of Chief Credit Officer (CCO).

From May 2020 to October 2023, Mr. Akbarjonov served as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

On 3 October 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board (CEO) of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev

First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Anvarjon Ergashev was born in 5 October 1973 in Djizak Region, Uzbekistan.

He graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute in 1995 with a degree in Finance and Credit.

Mr. Ergashev began his professional career in 1993 as a Chief Specialist at the JSICB"Ipak Yuli". During his tenure at the bank, he was promoted to the position of Deputy Head of the Credit and Commercial Investments Department.

From 1998 to 2006, he held several senior management positions at the Uzbek International Bank "Uzprivatbank", including Head of the Investment Project Assessment, Analysis and Lending Department, Acting First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, and Chairman of the Management Board.

He joined JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB) in 2006 as Head of the Central Operational Regional Branch. Between 2017 and 2018, he served as Head of the Accounting Operations Control Department and subsequently as Director of the Cash Management and Cash Operations Department.

In February 2018, Mr.Ergashev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank”.

Since December 2023, he has served as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank”.

Davron Shavkatovich Umarov

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Davron Umarov was born on 28 April 1987 in Kokand, Fergana Region, Uzbekistan.

He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration in 2008 with a degree in Regional Economics and Management and obtained a Master's degree from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2010.

Mr. Umarov began his banking career in 2008 at the Kokand Branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he worked until February 2011.

In 2011, he joined JSCB "Asakabank", where he held various positions for over twelve years. During this period, he progressed from a Second Category Specialist in the Foreign Exchange Operations Department of the Kokand Branch to Director of a Department at the Head Office of JSC "Asakabank".

On 6 January 2024, Mr. Umarov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Sanjar Abdurakhmonovich Abduvaliev

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Sanjar Abduvaliev was born on 11 September 1988 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Mr. Abduvaliev graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2009 with a degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations and obtained a Master's degree from the same University in 2011.

He began his professional career in 2011 and has held a number of positions in the banking sector, including at the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NBU) and JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB). Throughout his career, he progressed from a First Category Specialist to Head of the Tashkent City Regional Office of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

On 10 May 2024, Mr. Abduvaliev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Abdurashid Bakhrom ugli Khakimov

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Abdurashid Khakimov was born on 14 February 1996 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

He graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics in 2018 and earned a Master's degree in Financial Management from the University of Tübingen (Germany) in 2022.

Mr. Khakimov began his professional career in 2018 at JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB) as a Second Category Specialist in the International Financial Institutions Division of the Project Financing and Monitoring Department within the Bank's Investment Activities Coordination and Monitoring Department.

During his career at SQB, he held a number of progressively senior positions in international financial institution relations, corporate banking, trade finance, structured finance, and investor relations. His roles included First Category Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of the Trade Finance and Guarantees Division, Head of the Corporate Business Product Development Division, Deputy Head of the Structured Finance Department, Deputy Director of the Corporate Business Department, and Director of the Financial Institutions and Investor Relations Department.

From August 2021 to June 2022, Mr. Khakimov served as Financial and Economic Affairs Adviser at Oq-Saroy Textile LLC before returning to SQB as Deputy Director of the Corporate Business Department.

He later served as Director of the Financial Institutions and Investor Relations Department from December 2023 to May 2026.

On 20 May 2026, Mr. Khakimov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Evgeniy Yuryevich Gorokhov

Chief Risk Officer (CRO) – Member of the Management Board

Evgeniy Gorokhov was born on 28 April 1974 in Moscow, Russia.

He graduated from the Sergo Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management (Moscow) in 1997 and the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics (Moscow) in 2000. He has also completed executive training in business negotiations, time management, leadership, team management, and presentation skills.

Mr. Gorokhov is a senior banking executive with more than 25 years of experience in risk management and lending. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions at leading domestic and international financial institutions, including EXIMBANK and Bank Otkritie FC, serving as Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

For more than eight years, he served as Senior Advisor at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, where he contributed to banking sector projects across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

His professional expertise includes enterprise risk management, credit and operational risk management, credit process development, lending methodology, non-performing loan management, fraud prevention, business process optimization, and new banking product development.

Since December 2025, Mr. Gorokhov has been serving as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Member of the Management Board of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Timur Olimovich Norov

Acting Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Timur Olimovich Norov was born in 1989.

He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2011 with a degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations.

Mr. Norov began his professional career at Hamkorbank in 2012.

He joined JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB) in 2013, where he held various positions across corporate and retail banking, including corporate lending, mortgage lending, and small business financing.

From 2017 onwards, he held a number of senior management positions, leading SME Lending Divisions and serving as Director of bank's several specialised Departments. Between 2021 and 2023, he served as Deputy Director and subsequently Director of the Information Technology Department. In 2023, he was appointed Head of the Digital Business Department.

In April 2025, Mr. Norov was appointed Chief Business Director of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB). He currently serves as the Bank’s Acting Chief Business Officer (CBO).

Orsolya Ekler

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Member of the Management Board

Orsolya Ekler was born on 27 August 1971 in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary.

She graduated from the Dresden University of Technology with a degree in Econometrics in 1996. She has also completed executive and professional training in bank controlling, accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and executive management.

Ms. Ekler began her professional career in 1994 and has held a number of senior finance and risk management positions in the banking sector. She served in various executive roles at Erste Bank Hungary between 1998 and 2005, including Director of the Control and Reporting Department, Head of Control, Accounting and Market Risk Management, and Managing Director responsible for Control and Market Risk Management.

From 2007 to 2013, she held senior financial leadership positions at Nurbank and Alliance Bank in Kazakhstan. Between 2013 and 2016, she served as Finance Director of MOL-Russ, overseeing the financial operations of the MOL Group in Russia and Ukraine.

Since 2017, Ms. Ekler has worked as an independent consultant and project manager, leading banking transformation projects focused on IFRS implementation and banking systems for leading financial institutions in Hungary.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Management Board of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Sergey Aleksandrovich Kozlov

Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board – Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO)

Sergey Aleksandrovich Kozlov was born on 17 June 1978 in Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation.

He graduated from the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation in 2000 with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

Mr. Kozlov began his professional career at Aeroflot – Russian International Airlines, where he held several positions, including Process Engineer, Head of Department, and Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as Director of the Operations Department at Amadeus LLC. Between 2019 and 2024, he headed the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at Sberbank of Russia. From 2024 to 2025, he served as Associate Professor at the Department of Information Transmission Problems and Data Analysis of a federal state autonomous higher education institution.

On 3 February 2026, Mr. Kozlov was appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board – Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).

Durbek Meylijonovich Sadirov

Chief Officer for Global Markets and Funding

Durbek Meylijonovich Sadirov was born on 30 September 1986 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

He graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute in 2009 with a degree in Banking.

Mr. Sadirov began his professional career in 2009 at the Treasury Department of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NBU), where he progressed from a First Category Specialist to Head of the Foreign Currency and Precious Metals Operations Division.

In 2014, he joined Uzprommashimpex as a Leading Accounting Specialist before moving to JSCB "Asia Alliance Bank", where he held a number of management positions in treasury, strategic development, and asset and liability management between 2014 and 2022.

He joined JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB) in 2022 as Deputy Director of the Treasury Department and Head of the Asset and Liability Management Division. He subsequently served as Director of the Treasury Department and later as Director of the Treasury and Trading Department.

On 8 June 2026, Mr. Sadirov was appointed Chief Officer for Global Markets and Funding of JSCB "Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank" (SQB).
