Equipment Purchase Contract
The credit is issued to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged from 18 to 65 years old

Purpose of the credit:
for the purchase of solar panels, water heaters, wind generators, micro and small hydroelectric plants up to 1 MW, biogas production equipment, biogas plants, other renewable energy equipment, energy storage systems, energy efficient gas burners and boilers for domestic use
Credit amount:
up to 200 million sums
Grace period*:
6 months (in case of differentiated repayment method)
Interest Rate:
current base rate of the Central Bank + 6 %
In this case, compensation for up to three years will be provided by the off-budget Inter-Sectoral Energy Saving Fund under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to cover the interest rate on "green" consumer loans allocated in an amount not exceeding 500 (five hundred) times the amount of the MFA, which exceeds the key rate of the Central Bank, but not more than 5 (five) percentage points.
Credit security:
Up to 100 million soums:
Individual guarantee
Insurance policy against the risk of non-repayment of the loan (for the entire term of the loan)
Vehicle (not older than 5 years)
Pledge of real estate (if there is a residence - there should be no permanent residents)
In case of exceeding 100 million soums:
Only a vehicle or real estate pledge (not older than 5 years)
Additional conditions:
- the loan is disbursed in 2 stages: first 85 per cent and then the remaining 15 per cent;
- the client can purchase part of the cost of the RES equipment through a single electronic platform www.energymarket.uz of the Extra-budgetary Inter-sectoral Energy Saving Fund under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan by reimbursement;
- in case of pledging a motor vehicle (not older than 5 years), an official source of income is not required for a borrower registered as a self-employed person. It is sufficient to provide information on the average monthly income.
At the same time:
- maximum loan amount should not exceed 50 million soums;
- if the proportion of overdue loans in this product exceeds 3%, the Risk Management Department will stop lending.
Documents to be submitted by the borrower:
Passport or another identity document (the borrower has the right to submit it in digital form using the UIPSP— Unified Interactive Public Services). If the borrower is a military serviceman, a copy of their passport or other identity document is made after visual identification of their military ID;
Information/electronic data about income (can be obtained through the bank’s electronic system);
A contract concluded with an entity (legal entity) producing or selling consumer goods (services);
