Basic information

Purpose of the loan:

for participation in shared construction of apartment buildings on objects agreed with the bank.

Interest rate of the loan:

from +4% to +13% of the Central Bank rate (depending on the stage of the project and the source of funds)

    Repayment period:

    up to 20 years

    Grace period:

    6 months (with differentiated payment method)

    Maximum loan amount:

    Tashkent — up to 420 million soums

    Regions — up to 330 million soums

    Down payment:

    at least 20% (15% or 5% — depending on the source)

    Payment schedule:

    annuity or differentiated method (at the client’s discretion)

    Types of collateral and terms of transfer:

    Before completion of construction:

    -Surety or collateral from a legal entity

    -Other property (LTV ≤ 80%)

    -Interest-free deposit from the developer (16–25%)

    After registration — the purchased housing becomes the main collateral

    Loan security:

    at least 125%, for related persons — 130%

    Requirements for self-employed individuals:
    Loans are provided to self-employed individuals under the following conditions:
    • The individual must be registered as self-employed with the state tax service authorities;
    • The self-employed individual must have formed an initial payment of at least 30%, and their average monthly income is determined through the bank’s electronic system based on the income received in the borrower’s bank accounts (cards) linked to the “SQB mobile” app for at least the continuous 6 months prior to the date of the loan application;
    Documents to be submitted by the borrower:
    • Passport or another identity document (the borrower has the right to submit it in digital form using UIPSP — the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal). If the borrower is a military serviceman, a copy of their passport or other identity document is made after visual identification of their military ID;
    • Information/electronic data about income;
    • Contract for participation in construction based on contribution;
    • Documents related to loan collateral;
    • For borrowers without official income, a certificate of registration as a self-employed person issued by the State Tax Service (if necessary)

      Additionally, other relevant documents as specified by the legislation may also be required.
    Documents to be submitted by the co-borrower:
    • Passport or another identity document (the co-borrower has the right to submit it in digital form using UIPSP  — the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal). If the co-borrower is a military serviceman, a copy of their passport or other identity document is made after visual identification of their military ID;
    • Information/electronic data about income (can also be obtained through the bank’s electronic system);

      Additionally, other relevant documents as required by legislation may also be requested.
