Monitoring of export-import operations
In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 21, 2014 No. 199, as well as in order to monitor foreign trade operations of business entities, the bank reconciles data in the Unified Electronic Information System of Foreign Trade Operations (UEISVO) with the terms of the contract (incl. the presence of an opinion of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan on contracts subject to examination by MFERIT).

Requirements for foreign trade contracts must comply with the current regulations, (Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.09.2017 No.UP-5177 "On priority measures to liberalize foreign exchange policy", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21.07.2014 No. 199 " On additional measures to improve monitoring of foreign trade operations in the Republic of Uzbekistan ", Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 03.11.2017 No. PP-3351" On measures to further liberalize foreign trade and support business entities "), the implementation of which is mandatory for all participants in foreign economic activity.

Conversion operations
The Bank carries out transactions for the purchase and sale of foreign currency in the over-the-counter foreign exchange market. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.09.2017 No. 5177, legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan can, without limitation, purchase foreign currency from commercial banks to pay for current international transactions (import of goods, works and services, repatriation of profits, repayment of loans, payment of travel expenses and other non-commercial translations).

To purchase foreign currency, enterprises and organizations-clients of the bank submit to the bank an application for conversion (this application can also be submitted in electronic form through the "Bank-client", confirmed by an electronic digital signature), in accordance with the form established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the necessary documents. The submitted customer applications are considered by the expert group created by the bank within three days.

If the submitted documents meet the established requirements, the expert group prepares a bank conclusion, after which the application is put up for auction held at the Uzbek Republican Currency Exchange for the purchase of foreign currency. The purchase and sale of foreign currency by enterprises and organizations-clients of the bank is carried out in accordance with the concluded bilateral agreements and in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.

Documentary operations
