JSCB Uzpromstroybank expands cooperation with Aktif Yatirim Bankasi A.S., a bank of Turkey

On June 6 this year President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will have an official visit to this country at the invitation of President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan. 

On the eve of the visit, Uzbek-Turkish business forum with participation of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan J. Kuchkarov and Vice President of the Republic of Turkey J. Yilmaz was held in the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey. 

Within the framework of the event, Uzpromstroybank and one of the largest private banks in Turkey, known for its innovative and fintech products - "Aktif Yatirim Bankasi A.S." signed an Agreement on cooperation to attract funds totaling $40 million. 

The funds will be used to finance trade, support small and medium-sized businesses. 

In addition, an agreement was reached to open a correspondent settlement account with Aktif Yatirim Bankasi A.S. by Uzpromstroibank in order to create conditions and conveniences for mutual settlements between business partners of Uzbekistan and Turkey.
