Requirements for hiring social risks and human rights staff. The main tasks of the candidate:
Your responsibilities will be:
- Carrying out necessary work on analysis, assessment and minimization of environmental and social risks of projects (based on the requirements of International Financial Institutions);
- Providing an appropriate conclusion on environmental and social risk management to the bank's credit projects;
- Providing relevant proposals and recommendations to the Bank's management regarding the prevention or reduction of environmental and social risks;
- Preparation of monthly and annual (based on the requirements of International Financial Institutions) analytical report on environmental and social risk management;
- Participation in the process of step-by-step automatization of the environmental and social risk management system;
- Keeping a list of environmental and social risks that may be encountered in the bank's activities, studying the factors of their occurrence and taking all necessary measures to manage them;
Requirements for staff:
- International Labour Standards
- International Labour Organization Instruments: Conventions, Recommendations, Related international instruments
- IFC Performance Standards
- Language proficiency (Uzbek, Russian, English – fluent);
- Skills in generating reports, preparing presentations for top management;
- Experienced MS Office user (Powerpoint, Word, Excel);
- Assessment of social risks and search for ways to minimize them
- Knowledge in the field of IT is welcome
- Master's degree, qualified in the relevant field (social sciences, sociology, anthropology, political science, human rights, international relations, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree can be considered if there is an extensive (minimum 5 years) work experience.
The salary of the social risk and human rights officer will be determined after the interview.
