In the framework of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the French Republic on
March 11-13 of this year, SQB held a number of meetings with leading banks in France and financial institutions on expansion of mutual cooperation
In particular, SQB and Societe Generale signed an agreement amounting to 150 million euros through advisory and financing projects.
In addition, the parties agreed to establish cooperation to support sustainable and green economy initiatives in Uzbekistan and human resource capacity building in banking sector.
Furthermore, SQB signed a cooperation agreement with the Franco-German financial group “ODDO BHF” in the amount of 70 million dollars for 2025–2027, which includes financing of trade operations and investment projects of the Bank’s clients, carrying out treasury operations, and exchanging experience among employees.
