After the initial contribution funds are transferred to the account of the contracting organization, a mortgage loan must be allocated.
The solvency of an individual registered as a self-employed person, whose initial contribution is at least 30 percent, is scored based on the scoring developed by the Risk Management Department, taking into account his bank card turnover, rent, utilities and other expenses not prohibited by legislative documents, and if the scoring is passed, a loan must be allocated (for cadastrally registered housing).
Also, previously unused (with cadastral documents) cottage housing plots completed by a legal entity are also available for purchase at the expense of the primary market.
