Kredit hisobiga bino-inshootlar va eski uskunalar/maxsus texnikalar sotib olinishi rejalashtirilgan taqdirda, kredit obyektlari mustaqil baholash tashkiloti tomonidan baholanishi lozim.

Kredit hisobiga sotib olinadigan mulkiy garov oʻrnatilgan tartibda diskontlangandan soʻng jami mulkiy garov qiymati kredit summasining 125%dan (kredit yuklamasi 100%gacha boʻlsa 115%) kam boʻlgan taqdirda dastlabki mulkiy garov 65%dan koʻproq boʻlishi mumkin.

Basic information
  

Purpose of credit:

  • purchase of buildings and structures
  • purchase of equipment, special machinery and autortransportations
  • purchase of long-term tangible and intangible assets
  • purchase of investment credit balances from other banks
  • Currency:

    national currency (sum)
    foreign currency (US dollar, evro, ruble)

    The amount of credit:

    within the underwriter's limit

    Credit term:

  • From bank funds: up to 60 months
  • At the expense of the attracted funds: In accordance with the terms of the financing party
  • Purchase of credit balance from another bank: Subject to the terms of the contract with the original lender
  • Interest rate:

    At the expense of bank funds and attracted funds:
    Credit interest rates will not be lower than the minimum interest rates established in the "Uzsanoatqurilishbank" system.

    Purchase of credit balance from another bank:
    is carried out on the terms of the original lender, but must not be lower than the minimum interest rates in the "Uzsanoatqurilishbank" system.

    Special conditions:
    If regulatory documents establish a specific interest rate and bank margin for targeted resources, this interest rate is applied.

    Credit provision:

    The amount of provision:
    at least 125% of the credit amount (for related parties – 130%).

    Initial property mortage:
    At least 70% of the credit amount. The remaining collateral is provided upon registration of the fixed assets purchased on credit in the client's name (at least 55%).

    Additional requirements:
    An insurance policy or surety must be provided before the mortgage is issued. If this condition is not met, the total amount of collateral must be at least 125%.

    Property collateral:

    - real estate based on the requirements established by the bank (light-structured commercial stores located in the market area are not accepted as collateral);
    - autotransportations - no more than 5 years old (in the calculation process, it is counted from the year of manufacture);
    - special equipment - no more than 3 years old (in the calculation process, it is counted from the year of manufacture);
    - equipment – no more than 2 years old; (in this case, the calculation is made from the year of manufacture)
    - funds (must be in the same currency as the credit currency);
    - fixed assets, equipment and special machinery purchased with credit funds.

    Initial collateral:

    Initial collateral amount: at least 70% of the credit amount.

    Additional collateral: the remaining 55% of the credit amount is secured by fixed assets purchased on credit, registered in the client's name.

    Discounting condition: if the total collateral value (after discounting) is less than 125% of the credit amount, the initial collateral amount is required to be greater than 70%.

    Non-property collateral:

    - third-party legal guarantee
    - credit default insurance policy
    - Guarantee of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Company"

    Additional conditons:

    It is prohibited to provide credits as a guarantor to enterprises in which bank employees and their close relatives (parents, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, husbands and wives, as well as parents, brothers, sisters and children of spouses) participate (founded) or are managed, as well as under the guaranty of enterprises in which the above persons participate (managed).
