1. Approval of the Development Strategy of JSCB Uzpromstroybank for 2024–2026.
2. Increase in the total cost and extension of the construction period for the Bank’s Head Office in the Tashkent City International Business Centre.
3. Early termination of the powers of A. von Gleich, an independent member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board.
• The record date for compiling the register of shareholders to be notified of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is 6 November 2023.
• The record date for compiling the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is 24 November 2023.
