The company ended 2019 with a net profit of UZS 3,421.5 million and the first half of 2020 with a net profit of UZS 1,779.5 million.

The Bank also announces that, pursuant to the relevant resolutions of the Bank’s Supervisory Board, it sold 3,002,128 shares in JSCB Mikrokreditbank with a nominal value of UZS 1,068.0 per share, 84,086 shares in Elsis-Savdo JSC with a nominal value of UZS 1,000,000.0 per share, and an equity interest of UZS 2,555.7 in the authorised capital of Qurilish-Leasing LLC, representing 46.87%.
