The Supervisory Board of JSCB Uzpromstroybank hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held remotely on 28 June 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Tashkent time through the http://evote.uz/ electronic voting service.

AGENDA OF THE MEETING:

9.      Early termination of the powers of a member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board.

10. Election of a new member to fill the vacant position on the Bank’s Supervisory Board.

·         The record date for compiling the register of shareholders to be notified of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is 28 May 2024.

·         The record date for compiling the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is 24 June 2024.

·         Shareholders may review the materials relating to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the corporate website at www.sqb.uz or request them by emailing the Bank at info@sqb.uz. The materials are also available for review at the Bank’s Corporate Governance Service from the date of publication of this notice, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on business days. Shareholder registration will begin at 10⁰⁰ a.m. and end at 11⁰⁰ a.m. Tashkent time on 28 June 2024 through the online electronic voting service available at http://evote.uz/.
