Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank was honored with the Euromoney Magazine Award

The leading international publication “Euromoney” held Awarding ceremony recognizing the top financial organizations in the real estate sector. During this event, Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank was awarded as the “Best Bank in Uzbekistan for Real Estate”.

This prestigious award recognizes the bank’s leadership in the local market through innovative advancements in the mortgage sector and improvements in customer service quality.

Notably, 60% of the bank’s loan portfolio allocated to individuals consists
of mortgage loans, with the balance of mortgage loans increasing by 11% over the past year.

Due to the transformation and diversification of Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank’s portfolio in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Asian Development Bank, the bank's financial performance has grown several times in the last five years.

In addition to its retail business, significant attention has been paid to the development of small and medium-sized business segments. This includes introducing new products, expanding the functionality of the mobile application, digitalizing all business processes within the bank, and implementing AI technologies.
