Key Requirements:
 
- Higher education in finance, economics, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3–5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, or Advisory
- Proven experience in bond or equity placements
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English
- Knowledge of Bloomberg/Refinitiv/PitchBook is an advantage
- CFA (any level) is a strong plus
