Request for Proposals (RfP) for translation services in Europe

“Uzbek Industrial Construction Bank” Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (“Uzpromstroybank” JSCB), being a 89% state bank, is fully involved in reforms and state development programs. At the same time, the bank is universal and carries out various activities such as retail business, investment activities, project financing. “Uzpromstroybank” JSCB takes leading positions in the banking system of Uzbekistan. The bank accounts for about 14% of the total assets of the banking system and about 10% of the total capital.

We are currently considering expanding our financing options by issuing Eurobonds. This will be one of the first issues of Eurobonds made by a legal entity from Uzbekistan. The deal is expected to take place this year in November, as will the 3 – 5 day road-show in London and Frankfurt. Due to the fact that the delegation of our Bank consists of Russian-speakers, we are considering including a professional translator in the delegation.

Based on the foregoing, we are pleased to invite you to submit a written proposal to act as Bank’s translator.

As Bank’s translator, you will be expected to fulfill customary roles, as well as synchronous and sequential translation from English into Russian and vice versa.

A written proposal for the proposed Proposal should be submitted by e-mail no later than October 10 and should be in Russian and include your ability to support the implementation of the Proposal, with emphasis on your respective credentials and track record in the implementation of similar proposals.

In particular, please address the following parameters briefly in your response:

1. Your firm's expertise and involvement in similar offerings in the CIS, including debut offerings for other issuers with a similar business

2. Your firm's presence and experience in the Republic of Uzbekistan

3. Full price list for your services and for necessary equipment.

4. Other information you deem appropriate in assessing your proposal
