HEAD OF INVESTMENT BANKING

JSCB “Uzpromstroybank” (SQB) is looking for an experienced Head of Investment Banking to build and lead the Bank’s Investment Banking business and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute the Investment Banking strategy.

·         Originate, structure and execute M&A, IPO/SPO, DCM, ECM, syndicated loans, Structured Finance and Project Finance transactions.

·         Lead transactions from origination to closing.

·         Oversee financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and transaction materials.

·         Build and develop a high-performing Investment Banking team.

·         Develop relationships with corporate clients, investors, international financial institutions and strategic partners.

·         Work closely with Risk, Treasury, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Banking.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.

·         Strong Investment Banking experience in origination, structuring and execution.

·         Expertise in M&A, DCM, ECM, Structured Finance, Project Finance or Corporate Finance.

·         Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.

·         Proven leadership and team-building experience.

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·         Professional proficiency in English.
