Purpose of credit:
1. Cultivation of fruits, grapes, vegetables, potatoes, melons, flowers, greens and medicinal plants, corn, legumes and oilseeds.
2. Revolver loans may be provided to processors, processors and exporters of fruits and vegetables to replenish working capital required for the purchase of agricultural products.

For processors, preservers and exporters of fruits and vegetables - when allocating "revolver" loans for the purchase of cultivated agricultural products, it is determined individually based on the client's application.
(The loan amount is determined based on the minimum price announced annually by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and taking into account the yield of fruits, grapes, vegetables, potatoes, melons, flowers, herbs and medicinal plants, corn for grain, legumes and oilseed crops in the previous harvest year (centners / hectare).
Credit collateral:
Not less than 125% of the loan amount (130% for persons related to the bank)
Property collateral:
As collateral for the allocated loan funds, liquid property collateral in the amount of at least 50% of the loan collateral is required, based on the terms of the Bank's credit policy and the Procedure for Working with Credit Collateral.

Non-property collateral;
When providing an enterprise guarantee as collateral: the guarantor enterprise must have been registered for more than one year, must not have overdue credit debts in the banking system on the loan received and previously issued guarantees, the guarantee amount must not exceed 1.5 times the net assets of the guarantor enterprise (less obligations under previously issued valid guarantee agreements), and the guarantor enterprise must not have an illiquid balance sheet and must not be operating at a loss.

2. The Client's constituent documents and the latest amendments thereto.
3. The balance sheet (Form 1), the report on financial results (Form 2), the distribution of receivables and payables for the last reporting period submitted by the Client to the relevant state tax inspectorate.
4. Information on the turnover and balances of accounts in other banks (all accounts, including credit and card accounts) for the last one year (if any).
5. Consent of the Client's authorized body to obtain a loan, formalized in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the authorized head acting on behalf of the client on the basis of the charter/regulation or a proxy acting on his behalf to sign a loan agreement (order, power of attorney, etc.)
7. Business plan approved in the prescribed manner for the allocation of a loan.
8. Document confirming the right to a land plot at the place of activity (long-term lease agreement for a land plot).
9. Copy of the decision of the district khokim on the placement of crops;
10. Certificate of yield (centners/hectare) of fruits, grapes, vegetables, potatoes, melon crops, flowers, greens and medicinal plants, corn for grain, legumes and oilseed crops in the previous harvest year, approved by the district departments of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Statistics Committee.
11. Contracts concluded between organizations that produce and purchase agricultural products whose production is financed must be registered on the Unified Electronic Contracts Information Portal.

In order to obtain a “revolver” loan to replenish the working capital required for the purchase of grown fruit and vegetable products, the borrower must be included in the list of fruit and vegetable storage, processing and export organizations in the district khokimiyat in the territory where he operates.
9. Contracts concluded between organizations that grow and purchase agricultural products, the cultivation of which is being financed, must be registered on the Unified Electronic Contracts Information Portal.
III. Also, when a credit product involves a counterparty registered in Russia, Belarus or Iran, positive conclusions must be provided by international law firms with Tier/Band 1 ratings in international legal ratings and Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 ratings on the assessment of sanctions-related risks of the contract (transaction) that the counterparty is not on the international sanctions list.
