Article 65. Provision of banking services
Consumers of banking services are free to choose a bank and the types of services. Banks are required, upon request, to provide consumers with access to the terms of service.
A bank shall not require a person to use another service or product of the bank or a third party as a condition for receiving a particular banking service or product.
