The main task of the Committee is the preliminary review of the most significant issues within the competence of the Bank’s Supervisory Board related to the organization and assurance of the independence and proper quality of internal and external audit activities. The Committee prepares recommendations for the Supervisory Board to make decisions on such matters, contributes to the development of the Bank’s policies in the areas of internal and external audit, financial reporting, and information disclosure, and monitors the implementation of auditors’ recommendations.

The main task of the Committee is to oversee the Bank’s risk management system and ensure that risk management is carried out in accordance with the Risk Appetite Policy, the Risk Management Strategy, the Bank’s Development Strategy, international practices and compliance control standards, as well as other parameters established by the Bank’s Supervisory Board.

The main task of the Committee is to promote the development of digital technologies and ensure the Bank’s information security. The Committee oversees the implementation of the digital transformation strategy, matters related to IT infrastructure development, data protection, and cyber risk management. It also reviews compliance with cybersecurity standards and provides recommendations to the Supervisory Board on the development of digital services and the protection of information assets.

The main task of the Committee is to develop the Bank’s development strategy, assess its long-term effectiveness, and prepare recommendations for the Supervisory Board regarding adjustments to the strategy and specific areas of activity. The Committee also reviews and provides recommendations on matters related to amendments to the Bank’s Charter, capital management, issuance and repurchase of shares and other securities, as well as attracting investors to the Bank’s capital.

The main task of the Committee is to enhance the efficiency and quality of the work of the Bank’s Supervisory Board. The Committee conducts preliminary reviews of matters related to the establishment of effective remuneration practices, social support programs, and professional development of the Bank’s employees. Its responsibilities also include the development and implementation of HR policies, succession planning for members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, assessment of the professional composition and performance of the Supervisory Board, and preparation of relevant recommendations.
