The concerns raised on social media regarding queues at the Andijan office of JSCB Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank (SQB) have been reviewed by the Bank’s responsible departments.
The review found that the number of customers visiting the office to have their bank cards reissued had increased due to the expiry of existing cards. This has resulted in a higher workload at the office during certain hours.
The Bank is currently taking the necessary measures to reduce queues and speed up customer service. In particular, service processes at the Andijan office have been optimised, enabling bank card transactions to be completed more quickly.
Representatives of the Bank also met with the individual who raised the concern and provided the necessary clarification regarding the situation. The issue relating to the reissuance of the customer’s bank card was resolved in accordance with the established procedure.
In addition, the Bank is expanding its remote card reissuance services. Customers can reissue cards approaching their expiry date through the SQB Mobile app without visiting a Bank office. A 50% discount is available when the service is requested through the app, helping customers save both time and money.
The Bank will continue to improve its customer service processes, reduce the workload at its offices and expand the range of remote services. Customer feedback and suggestions will be taken into account in the Bank’s ongoing efforts to improve service quality.
