Chairman of the Management Board

Aziz Akbarjon o’g’li Akbarjonov

Aziz Akbarjonov was born in 1985 in Tashkent.

In 2008, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Tashkent State University of Economics. In 2010, he completed his Master’s Degree in Management at the same university. In 2024, he earned an Executive MBA from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.

He has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector. His career began in 2004 at the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU), where he held various positions within client service, cash management, and front-office operations.

Between 2011 and 2018, he served as Deputy Branch Manager and Branch Manager at several key NBU branches, including the Yakkasaroy, Yangiobod, and Tashkent Regional branches.

From 2018 to 2023, he worked at SQB, where he held several senior management positions, including Head of the Project Management and Execution Control Department, Chief Credit Officer, and First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Since October 2023, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”.

Anvarjon Abdumajitovich Ergashev

Anvarjon Ergashev was born in 1973, in the Zomin district of the Jizzakh region.

In 1995, he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Credit.

He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the banking sector. His career began in 1993 at JSCB “Ipak Yuli Bank,” where he held various positions in several departments, including Head of Loan Operations and Head of Financing Investment Projects.

From 1998 to 2022, he worked at UIB “Uzprivatbank,” where he served as Head of the Loan Operations Division. Between 2002 and 2006, he also held senior executive roles, serving as Deputy Chairman and later as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Between 2006 and 2018, he headed the Central Operations Regional Branch of SQB. From 2017 to 2023, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of SQB.

Since December 2023, he has been serving as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”.

Shukhrat Israilovich Yakubov

Shukhrat Yakubov was born in 1967 in Tashkent.

In 1992, he graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Construction Institute with a Bachelor’s Degree in Road Construction Machinery and Equipment. In 1998, he earned a second Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Relations from the Tashkent State University of Economics.

He has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial sector. His career began in 1991 at SQB, where he held various positions across several departments, including investment operations, conversion, and foreign currency loan operations.

From 2001 to 2006, he served as Manager of the “Qatortol” branch of SQB. Between 2006 and 2018, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of SQB.

In 2018–2020, he headed the Department for Monitoring and Supporting the Implementation of Agreements Reached Following High-Level Visits at the Accounts Chamber under the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan.

Since October 2020, he has continued his career as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”.

Farrukh Talipjanovich Abdurakhmanov

Farrukh Abdurakhmanov was born in 1980 in Turkiston, Kazakhstan.

He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2004 and a Master’s Degree in Demography and Labor Economics in 2006.

He has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking sector. His professional career began in 2003 at the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU), where he progressed from specialist to head of division within the Financing and Analyzing Investment Projects and Loan Operations departments of the Main Operations Office.

From 2009 to 2018, he led the Loan Operations Department of the NBU’s Main Operations Department.

Between 2018 and 2021, he held several senior positions, including Deputy Director of the Financing Corporate Clients Department, Director of NPL Management, and Director of the State-Programme Projects Management Department.

Since July 2021, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”.

Davron Shavkatovich Umarov

Davron Umarov was born in 1987 in Kokand, Ferghana region.

He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Water Resources Management. In 2010, he earned a second Bachelor’s Degree in Regional Economics from the Tashkent State University of Economics.

He has over 15 years of professional experience in banking sector. He began his professional career in 2008 as a specialist in the Plastic Cards Division of the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU), Kokand branch.

From 2011 to 2017, he worked at JSCB “Asakabank,” Kokand branch, where he advanced from specialist to head of division across several areas, including foreign currency operations, deposits, and conversion services.

Between 2017 and 2022, he served as Deputy Manager and then Manager of the Kokand branch of JSCB “Asakabank.” From 2022 to 2024, he headed the Cash and Currency Exchange Operations Department of the same bank.

Since October 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan.”

Sanjar Abdurakhmanovich Abduvaliyev

Sanjar Abduvaliyev was born in 1988 in Tashkent.

He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree in World Economics and International Economic Relations in 2009, and completed his Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations in 2011.

From 2011 to 2014, he worked at the Tashkent State University of Economics, initially as Assistant to the Rector and later as a trainee researcher, while also serving as a marketing specialist at the Regional Banking Training Center.

In 2014, he joined the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU), where he progressed from specialist to branch manager within the Tashkent City Main Directorate, including the “Academic” branch. He held these roles until 2018.

Between 2018 and 2024, he served as Deputy Branch Manager and subsequently Branch Manager of the Tashkent City Regional Branch of SQB.

Since October 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan.”

Chief Business Officer

Timur Olimovich Norov

Timur Norov was born in 1989 in Shofirkon district, Bukhara region.

He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in World Economics and International Economic Relations.

He began his professional career in 2013 at JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan” (SQB) as a specialist in corporate, SME, and retail lending within the Loan Operations Department.

From 2016 to 2019, he held managerial roles as Unit Head and Division Head in the same department.

Between 2019 and 2025, he served as Deputy Director and Director across several strategic areas of SQB, including SME, Credit Approval, IT, and Digital business Departments.

Since April 2025, he has been serving as the Chief Business Officer of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan.”

Chief Financial Officer

Orsolya Ekler

Orsolya Ekler was born in 1971, in Balaegerszeg, Hungary.

She graduated from Dresden Technical University, Faculty of Economics with a specialization in Econometrics (1989-1996). She completed advanced training at the Controlling Academy (Bank Controlling) in Baden (2000), Saldo accounting courses (2000-2002), IFRS courses at KPMG (2006), and advanced management training at Ashridge UK (2012).

She began her professional career in 1995-1996 as an assistant manager at Balogh Import Export Handels-KG. In 1994, she completed an internship in the accounting department at SachsenKroneGmbH Dresden.

From 1998 to 2001, she worked as Director of the Control and Reporting Department at Erste Bank Hungary Rt., where she was responsible for coordinating budgeting and strategic planning.

From 2001 to 2004, she held the position of Head of Control, Accounting, and Market Risk Management at Erste Bank Rt.

In 2004-2005, she served as Managing Director in the Control and Market Risk Management division at Erste Bank Hungary Rt.

From 2007 to 2013, she held leadership positions in Kazakhstan's banking sector - working at Nurbank and Alliance Bank, where she headed the financial division.

From 2013 to 2016, she worked as Financial Director at MOL-Russ (oil and gas sector) in Russia, where she was responsible for managing all financial operations of the MOL group in Russia and Ukraine.

From 2017 to 2024, she has been working as a consultant and project manager in the banking sector, implementing numerous projects on IFRS implementation and banking systems for leading Hungarian banks.

Since November 2024, she has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”.

She is fluent in Hungarian, English, German, and Russian.

Kumrinisa Ibragimovna Karabayeva

Kumrinisa Karabayeva was born in 1985 in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation.

In 2009, she graduated from the Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Science with a degree in Economics. In 2015, she completed her studies at the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, earning the qualification of a financial lawyer.

She has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector. Her career began in 2000, and since 2005 she has held various positions in major financial institutions of the Russian Federation, including the Federal Tax Service, Ekstrobank, Santander Consumer Bank, Rublyovskiy Bank, VTB, and Alfa-Bank.

Throughout her career, she has advanced from economist to executive roles, specializing in financial analysis, transaction monitoring, and operational management.

Since June 2025, she has held the position of the Chief Operating Officer of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”.

She is fluent in Russian and English.

Acting Chief Risk Officer

Yevgeniy Yuryevich Gorokhov

Yevgeniy Gorokhov was born in 1974 in the Moscow region of Russian Federation.

He graduated from the State Academy of Management named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze in 1997 with a degree in Management and later obtained a specialist qualification in Marketing from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. He has completed extensive executive training in negotiation, time management, HR management, team leadership, presentation skills, as well as professional programs meeting regulatory requirements for risk-management executives.

Mr. Gorokhov has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the financial sector, having held senior leadership positions in major Russian banks, including “TransCreditBank”, “Baltic Bank”, “Gazenergoprombank” (Gazprom Group), “National Reserve Bank”, “Rosselkhozbank”, and Bank “Otkritie”. His roles have included heading risk departments, participating in management boards and committees, supervising corporate, retail, market, liquidity, operational, and compliance risk functions, and leading large-scale transformation projects.

From 2018 onward, he has served as a Lead Advisor for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group, managing complex advisory projects in Russia and Kazakhstan, focusing on credit-process optimization, risk-management architecture, business-process automation, and the implementation of global best practices.

Throughout his career, he has consistently advanced from economist roles to executive leadership, specializing in risk management, strategic planning, credit-process development, and M&A analytical support.

Since November 2025, he has been serving as the Acting Chief Risk Officer of JSCB “Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan”

He is fluent in Russian and English.
