Small business loans (temporarily suspended)

Microcredits are provided to borrowers for the purchase of mini-technologies, the development and expansion of their own production, including the purchase of seeds, livestock, poultry, the primary processing of raw materials and materials, the development of folk crafts and the organization of home work.

To obtain a microcredit, the borrower, together with information on income, provides the bank with the following documents
  • a loan application for a microcredit
  • business plan with the obligatory indication of the analysis of the cash flow
  • credit security
  • for legal entities - a balance sheet (form No. 1) for the last reporting period, certified by a local (district) public service body and a certificate of receivables and payables (form No. 2a), as well as reconciliation statements for debt over 90 days, a report on financial results (form No. 2)
  • an individual entrepreneur or the head of a dekhkan farm personally presents a passport, a copy of which is filed in a loan file

Basic conditions for issuing microcredits
  • microcredits are issued in national currency in the amount of up to 1000 minimum wages
  • the volume of income and the provision of microcredit should pay off the main part of the loan and the interest on it
  • microcredits are issued on a contractual basis up to 3 years
  • the value of the interest rate is set by mutual agreement on the basis of a loan agreement, in the amount of the officially established refinancing rate of the Central Bank. At the expense of the special fund for concessional lending, interest rates do not exceed 50% of the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day of the loan
  • repayment is made in the currency of the issued loan

At the expense of the bank's own funds, family entrepreneurship entities for organizing family entrepreneurship and carrying out entrepreneurial activities can be issued microcredits on the following conditions
  • interest rate - not higher than the current refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • the maximum amount of a microcredit - 200 times the minimum wage
  • term - 2 years, taking into account a grace period not exceeding 3 months, without the right to renew


Graduates of vocational colleges, in particular, private entrepreneurs registered by them, small businesses in which 50% of employees are graduates of vocational colleges and / or the manager is a college graduate, are provided with microcredits for the organization of mini-productions, the development of the service sector, as well as other entrepreneurial activities associated with the production of goods or the provision of services.

Microcredits to graduates of professional colleges are provided on the following conditions
  • subjects of private entrepreneurship with the organization of a legal entity in an amount not exceeding 1000 times the minimum wage; entrepreneurs and dehkan farms without the formation of a legal entity - in an amount not exceeding 200 times the minimum wage
  • term of a microcredit taking into account a grace period - no more than three months, for the formation of working capital - up to 18 months, for the purchase of mini-technologies, poultry, livestock - no more than 24 months without the right to prolongation
  • the interest rate on microcredits is set not higher than the refinancing rate of the Central Bank

The borrower provides one of the following types of liquid security at least 125% of the loan amount
  • pledge of property or securities
  • guarantee of a bank or insurance organization
  • sureties of third parties
  • insurance policy of the insurance company on insurance of the risk of non-repayment of the loan by the borrower
