SQB and EBRD jointly organized a seminar for entrepreneurs

On July 9 2025 in the head office of “Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank” (SQB) jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) organized a practical seminar on the topic of trade finance for more than 50 clients of the bank.

During the seminar, EBRD experts shared the best practices in international trade, factoring, letters of credit, bank guarantees and trade finance.

Practical advices were also given on strategic business management, entering new markets and development opportunities.

This meeting will create a wide path for entrepreneurs not only to theoretical knowledge, but also to concrete financial solutions, grant programs and consulting services.

It should be noted that SQB and the EBRD are implementing initiatives aimed not only at financial support of business entities of the republic, but also at improving their knowledge and skills, which will contribute to the opening of new business opportunities. The Bank intends to further expand its work in this direction, improve the entrepreneurial environment and bring local businesses to the international arena.
