Students — Leaders of Tomorrow: SQB’s Initiatives at Job Fairs

In May of the current year, SQB once again participated in job fairs organized at leading higher education institutions across the country.

This initiative was aimed at attracting highly potential young professionals and building a strong talent pipeline for the future.

Bank representatives held presentations and one-on-one discussions with students during job fairs at Tashkent State University of Economics, Westminster International University in Tashkent, Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, University of Business and Technology, and INHA University in Tashkent. In addition, the Bank actively participated in educational events within the framework of “Global Money Week.”

During these events, students received detailed information about internship, traineeship, and employment opportunities at the Bank, helping them better identify suitable career paths aligned with their knowledge and interests.

As a result of the fairs held in April and May, more than 200 CVs and applications were received from students. Among them, young specialists in “Data Science,” finance, economics, information technology, and other key fields stood out. Based on the collected data, the most talented candidates are being considered as a reserve for participation in SQB’s “Youth Talent Hub” program.

These efforts by SQB are not only aimed at recruiting young professionals, but also at strengthening the Bank’s image among youth, expanding its intellectual human capital, and serving as an effective tool for long-term investment in sector development.
