The loan is granted to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged between 18 and 60 with official employment.
This application has an introductory function to determine the creditworthiness of the payer and is not an offer contract. By completing the application, you will receive a preliminary decision from the bank on the issue of the mortgage.
Purpose of the loan:
purchase of a flat on the primary property market, which is divided into rooms and requires final finishing
Interest rate of the loan:
- from the fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance
17,5 % (Central Bank rate + 4%)
- at the expense of the bank's funds
27,5 % (Central Bank rate + 14%)
Free period:
6 months (with differentiated payment method)
Maximum loan amount:
up to 1 billion sums, including
-420,000,000,000 sums - for Tashkent
-330,000,000,000 sums - for the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions
(at the expense of the fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of RUz)
-580,000,000 sums - for all regions
(at the expense of the bank)
First instalment:
30 % (of the cost of the flat)
15 % is provided as part of the mortgage loan from the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and another 15 % for the mortgage from the bank's own funds
Payment schedule:
annuity or differentiated method (at the client's request)
