Basic information

Purpose of the loan:

purchase of a flat on the primary property market, which is divided into rooms and requires final finishing

Interest rate of the loan:

- from the fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance

17,5 % (Central Bank rate + 4%)

- at the expense of the bank's funds
27,5 %  (Central Bank rate + 14%)

Free period:

6 months (with differentiated payment method)

Maximum loan amount:

up to 1 billion sums, including

-420,000,000,000 sums - for Tashkent 

-330,000,000,000 sums - for the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions

(at the expense of the fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of RUz)

-580,000,000 sums - for all regions    

(at the expense of the bank)

First instalment:

30 % (of the cost of the flat)

15 % is provided as part of the mortgage loan from the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and another 15 % for the mortgage from the bank's own funds

Payment schedule:

annuity or differentiated method (at the client's request)



Possible sources of income of the borrower:
- salary (at least 6 months)
- retirement pension
- income in the amount of 10% of the main activity in personal subsidiary, peasant farm or individual entrepreneurship (work experience of at least 6 months)

  • borrower - a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who has reached the age of 18 and is not older than 60 on the day of applying for a loan
  • a stable job or permanent income from a private farm, peasant farm, individual entrepreneurship or other sources of income that do not contradict the law. The income must be sufficient for monthly repayment of the accrued interest on the loan and the principal debt in accordance with the payment schedule
  • No mortgage loans allocated under the Poverty Reduction Programme and those in need of better housing conditions. The calculation does not include loans obtained before 1 May 2024.


  • Passport or other form of identification. If you provide a military card, you must also provide a copy of your passport
  • Income data/electronic data (can be obtained through the bank's electronic programme)
  • Documents confirming the sale and purchase of housing on the primary market, permission to use the property (including building permit, extract from the State Register of Registration of Rights to Real Estate, cadastral documents)
  • Report from an independent valuation company on the market value of the pledged property (if required)
  • It may also be necessary to submit other documents specified in the legislation

  • Additional loan costs:
    • Expenses for the services of a notary for the purchase and sale of the home;
    • Cadastre fees for the registration of the property;
    • House insurance.
