The loan is granted to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged between 18 and 60 with official employment.
This application has an introductory function to determine the creditworthiness of the payer and is not an offer contract. By completing the application, you will receive a preliminary decision from the bank on the issue of the mortgage.

- mortgage loans are not granted for the purchase of real estate with debts, arrests and other types of encumbrances
- the purchase and sale of housing between close relatives is not allowed. The relationship between the borrower, co-borrower and seller is also taken into account
- after a favourable decision on the mortgage loan, the customer makes an initial payment to the savings deposit in national currency "Guarantee-3", and after the housing purchased under the loan is secured, it is transferred to the appropriate account of the seller.
- in cases where the borrower transfers the funds of the down payment directly to the account of a contracting organisation (for a flat in the primary market), a document confirming the transfer of funds shall be enclosed
- in the primary market, the pledge can be granted before the building is commissioned. After the cadastral documents of the housing purchased with the loan have been drawn up, the loan collateral is exchanged for a mortgage
- individuals registered as self-employed who have made a down payment of at least 40 per cent, a mortgage loan may be granted taking into account their expenses for bank card turnover, rent, utilities and other expenses not prohibited by law. In this case, the borrower's debt load is assessed on the basis of an average monthly income and expenditure certificate approved by the self-employed citizen (except for mortgage loans, which are granted on the basis of a subsidy notice)

Cadastre and documents confirming ownership (for dwellings for which a cadastral certificate has been issued)
Housing construction permit, approved design and estimate document, expert opinion (for housing that has not been commissioned and does not have a cadastral document)
Report of an independent appraisal organisation on the valuation of the mortgaged property (if necessary)
