ANNOUNCEMENT

Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank, located at 3 Shakhrisabz Street, Yunusabad District, Tashkent, hereby announces that, in accordance with the resolution on the Bank’s fourth issue of interest-bearing, uncertificated, registered subordinated bonds, registered by the Centre for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market under No. R0844-4 dated 10 August 2012, the 25th interim circulation period of the subordinated bonds will commence on 21 August 2018. This period provides for the possibility of early redemption by placing a purchase order on the organised secondary securities market for the subsequent redemption of the bonds. The purchase order will cover 20% of the bonds registered under the resolution: 20,000 of the total 100,000 bonds.
