The credit is granted to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the age of 60.
Credit objective:
payment of the amount of the contract for full-time study at Uzbek higher, secondary and vocational educational establishments
Maximum credit term:
up to 11 years (study period + 7 years)
Maximum credit amount:
For first year students, the credit amount corresponds to the tuition fee
For second year students, the grade Point average is taken into account:
- if the grade point average is below 3, the loan amount will not exceed 80 per cent of the tuition contract amount, and the loan is disbursed after the student has paid 20 per cent of the contract amount
- for students with a grade point average of 3 or higher, whose family members are registered in the "Unified Register of Social Protection", the loan is disbursed in the amount corresponding to the tuition fee.
Interest Rate*:
the current base rate of the Central Bank (13,5 %)
In this case, the interest of the loan allocated for training women on a paid contractual basis is repaid from the Fund for Financing Educational Loans under the Ministry of Finance
(In case of a decrease in the Central Bank's base rate, the interest rate on the education loan is proportionally reduced, and in case of an increase it remains unchanged)
Maximal grace period:
6 (six) months after graduation

Methods of receiving the loan:
the amount specified in the contract will be transferred to the account of the educational institution
citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
age up to 60 years inclusive;
Guarantee by a natural person for a credit up to 150 times the base value.
If the credit amount exceeds 150 times the base calculation value - pledge of property:
- Motor vehicles (not older than 5 years from the date of issue);
- Real estate (if it is a house or an apartment without tenants with permanent residence registration).
In this case, the amount of collateral for the credit product (in relation to the balance of the credit) and the solvency of the client are examined separately for each academic year.
The amount of collateral must be at least 125% of the credit amount. The amount of collateral for persons related to the credit must be at least 130% of the credit amount.
Documents / electronic income data will be obtained by the bank through the Crobs programme;
Documents guaranteeing the repayment of the education credit and, if necessary, a report from an independent valuation organisation on the valuation of the collateral;
A duly executed agreement (contract) for education on a paid-contractual basis, concluded between the student and the higher education institution, and the attached invoice/bill (if any). The agreement (contract) must specify the fixed period of study and the amount of payment for one year;
Certificate of registration in the Single Social Security Register (for children from families registered in the Single Social Security Register).
Other documents specified by the legislation and the Bank's requirements, including information and documents related to the co-borrower, may also be required.
