Your responsibilities:
Organizing activities to improve the bank’s performance in combating corruption and preventing conflicts of interest;
Organizing efforts to prevent and combat corruption offenses within the bank, as well as preventing and managing conflicts of interest;
Ensuring and monitoring the effective functioning of the anti-corruption and conflict of interest prevention system in the bank;
Organizing cooperation with law enforcement agencies in conducting activities aimed at eliminating corrupt behavior or investigating corruption-related crimes within the bank;
Implementing measures to identify, assess, mitigate, and eliminate corruption risks in the bank;
Identifying tasks and functions of the bank most vulnerable to corruption risks, and compiling a list of positions with high corruption risk;
Ensuring bank employees are informed about anti-corruption legal acts and internal procedures, and taking measures to improve their knowledge and skills in this area.
Candidate requirements:
Higher education in economics or law;
At least 1 year of work experience in the banking or legal sector;
Knowledge of international anti-corruption standards, national legislation and regulations, and banking legal requirements;
Experience and knowledge in conducting internal investigations;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work in a team;
Experience in internal audit, internal control, compliance control, anti-corruption activities, and conflict of interest prevention, as well as internationally recognized certifications in these areas (preferred).
