Your Responsibilities:
Organizing activities aimed at improving the bank’s performance in combating corruption and preventing conflicts of interest;
Implementing preventive measures against corruption-related offenses in the bank and managing potential conflicts of interest;
Ensuring and monitoring the effective functioning of the bank’s anti-corruption and conflict of interest prevention system;
Developing and implementing legal frameworks and practical mechanisms for combating corruption and preventing conflicts of interest within the bank;
Taking measures to identify, assess, mitigate, and eliminate corruption risks in the bank;
Identifying the tasks and functions most exposed to corruption risks, and compiling a list of positions with a high level of corruption risk;
Ensuring employee awareness of anti-corruption regulations and internal procedures, as well as implementing initiatives to improve staff knowledge and skills in this field.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in economics or law;
At least 1 year of work experience in the banking or legal sector;
Knowledge of international anti-corruption standards, national legislation and regulations, and banking sector requirements;
Experience and knowledge in conducting internal investigations;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team;
Experience in internal audit, internal control, compliance, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest prevention, as well as internationally recognized certifications in these fields (preferred).
