How to get a loan?

Loan amount:
from UZS 2 million to UZS 100 million.
The credit limit is determined individually and may not exceed three times the borrower’s average monthly income, including salary and pension payments.
Loan term:
up to 24 months.
The final 12 months constitute the repayment period.
Grace period:
up to 12 months.
Interest rate:
26.9% per annum.
Repayment schedule:
declining balance method.
Security:
- surety provided by a third party;
- credit default risk insurance;
- property pledged as collateral, including a motor vehicle no more than 5 years old or non-residential property.
Additional terms:
- the credit limit is established based on an assessment of the borrower’s creditworthiness;
- interest is charged only on the amount actually used;
- early repayment is permitted without additional fees;
- the available credit limit is replenished as the outstanding balance is repaid;
- during the final year of the loan term, the available credit limit is gradually reduced to enable the borrower to repay the outstanding balance in full by the maturity date.
- citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- at least 18 years of age on the date the loan is issued and no older than 70 on the date the loan is fully repaid;
- an SQB bank card to which salary or pension payments are regularly credited;
- stable, verifiable income for at least 6 months;
- the total debt burden across all financial obligations must not exceed 50% of the borrower’s average monthly income;
- no current overdue loan payments.
- a passport or another identity document; military personnel must also provide a military ID;
- proof of income or electronic income records, which may be obtained by the Bank through its internal systems;
- documents relating to the security provided for the loan. Where property is provided as collateral, a report issued by an independent valuation company may be required.
In certain cases, additional documents may be requested in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
